• In Q1 2018, the total Bangkok retail supply rise to 7.44 million sq. m., increasing by 1.15% Q-o-Q or 2.2% Y-o-Y with an additional 60,370 sq. m. of net lettable area in four new retail projects.
• The volume of occupied retail space was around 6.97 million sq. m., increasing 1.79% Y-o-Y. The overall occupancy rate was 93.6%.
