·         Overall vacancy is 5.3% and average rental rates are $1,166 per month in H1 2018.  

·         New development vacany rate is 4.0%, performing better than older assets in Edmonton.  

·         Rental incentives noticeably decreased from previous year, West Jasper and Southwest establishing the highest rental rates in H1.   

·         Majority of H1 investment volume represented by three major high-rise transactions.
