Leasing continued to witness strong traction; close to 10 million sq. ft. concluded across cities in H1 2018

Leasing activity witnessed growth in the range of 20 – 25% y-o-y since 2015; average space take-up increased from 75,000 sq. ft. in H1 2017 to 90,000 sq. ft. in H1 2018 

E-commerce and 3PL led transaction activity; collectively these sectors leased more than 50% of the warehousing space during the first half

Delhi-NCR, Bangalore and Mumbai remained the most preferred destination for occupiers; contributed about 65% of overall demand
