• The last quarter of 2018 saw total absorption of 53,960 sqm, up sharply (+74.4%) from the previous quarter. An excellent performance for the whole of 2018 with 167,808 sqm.
  • The number of transactions in the quarter came to 35, up from 31 in the previous quarter. 
  • Prime rents were stable in the CBD at 420 Euro per sqm per year and in the EUR at 340 sqm per year.
  • The Centre and the EUR were once again the most dynamic areas with around 76% of the transactions of the whole year. The EUR Laurentina sub-market performed excellently with around 33,000 sqm (+313% on 2017).
  • A record performance for investment which totalled approximately786.5 million Euro and prime yields are stable at 3.90%.
