Alison Caplan serves as the primary relationship manager for certain key CBRE clients’ data center needs.

Alison coordinates service delivery across all CBRE's segments — Advisory, Building Operations & Experience, Project Management, and Real Estate Investments — to support client full data center lifecycle needs. In this role, she works with leaders across key CBRE business lines and functions.

Ms. Caplan has held numerous senior leadership roles at CBRE. Most recently she served as Executive Vice President, M&A Operations, where she led the combining of the CBRE Project Management business with Turner & Townsend, CBRE’s majority-owned subsidiary. This created a program, cost and project management business with more than 20,000 employees serving clients in over 60 countries. She previously served as Chief Administrative Officer with oversight of people, marketing, communications and philanthropic activities, and Chief People Officer with responsibility for talent acquisition, learning & talent management, total rewards, people operations and the teams that support CBRE’s employees globally.

She has strong institutional knowledge of CBRE developed during more than two decades with the company where she has served as global head of Talent Acquisition and People Operations, a member of the Legal, Risk & Compliance leadership team and global head of CBRE’s Corporate Responsibility program. Prior to CBRE, she served in human resources roles at KPMG and Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Caplan plays an active role in the CBRE Women's Network and is a member of its Advisory Board. In 2018, she was recognized with the Women's Network Endurance of Spirit Award.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
