Diane Connolly serves as a Client Services Specialist for one of CBRE’s
top-performing leasing teams nationwide. With more than 20 years of
experience in the commercial real estate industry, she brings a seasoned
perspective that elevates the team’s capabilities—transforming creative
ideas into effective project strategies and successful real estate outcomes.
Prior to joining CBRE, Diane held roles at Newmark and Cushman &
Wakefield, where she developed core competencies that now anchor her
central role on the team. Her commitment to positively impacting both
clients and colleagues drives her focus on enhancing responsiveness,
streamlining workflow, and delivering consistent, high-quality results. This
dedication strengthens the client–broker relationship and supports the
team’s continued success.
In addition to her regular responsibilities at CBRE, Diane contributes
to the firm through her active involvement in CBRE’s Peer Led Training
Program, where she serves as a guest trainer. She is one of a growing
roster of colleagues nationwide who partner with the Essential Support
Training team in our Phoenix office to design timely and relevant learning
sessions. As part of this program, Diane leads Zoom sessions with colleagues from offices across the US and Canada, supporting CBRE’s commitment to continued education, skills development, and a strong corporate culture of learning.
