Ryan Skelly is an Vice President with CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group. He leads the team’s buy-side desk, which specializes in advising 1031 exchange buyers, high-net-worth individuals, family offices and other private capital sources regarding the acquisition of net-leased real estate.

In his previous role as a Capital Markets Analyst, he was responsible for business development, marketing, transaction management and the financial analysis of net-leased retail and office investment properties.

Mr. Skelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Real Estate, Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business and is a licensed real estate broker in both Georgia and South Carolina. Prior to joining the Net Lease Property Group, Ryan worked in CBRE’s Research division.
